Serve with Turkish Pizza.
Salad:
2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
3 small bell peppers, diced
3 green onions, white only, diced
½ cup flat leaf parsley
Dressing:
6 tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Combine all vegetables in large bowl.
Whisk together dressing, then pour over salad and toss to combine.
